plastic sounds making ya'll act irrational
vibrations separate waves, letting your ears hear some factual
let the music begun, or begin in a minute
you let the DJ keep spinning, and i'll continue the spittin'
i find that i'm smitten, with your illusion of care
that you harbored for years, to be freed in the air
the colors we saw, another excuse for a snare
trudging through goosebump pairs, just looking for the tear
a release, an escape, used as bait for this ape
that refused to evolve, to join the greater race
i sit down just to pace, and reflect in the thoughts
of empty coliseums, and the knowledge we lost
called in to be bought, collecting hours for cheap
people said i was deep, those are the friends that I keep
i'll never listen, as you keep listing off the pleas
of people wanting me to be a different person to me

Hmm this was okay. I think some of the rhymes felt kind of forced, which kinda lost some of the meaning for me. Vocab was decent and well used, I just didn't feel much depth with the piece. I liked the lines in the middle about the bait, good use of metaphor. Overall not a bad piece, look forward to seeing more from you.
