Well first, you extract the file and should have a file called TFF....or something like that...Its the font file right? Ok then, you then go to the fonts folder in your windows folder. RIght click start--->Explorer-->Windows. You should drag that tff folder into the fonts folder and it should automatically be in the adobe font panel...
My computer>C Drive>Windows>Fonts.
