PURE PERFORMANCE
To me Few songs was boring me but same thing as aesop rock's album, very type or boring or poetry ish. 14/16 songs i did like since i like hiw he has the young and mature feel. What i mean by young is that keepin his raw fresh style back in the days. And for the mature part, i like how he had serious issues. 've seen many reviews from hiphopheads and cd universe, they all gave it 9/10. Pretty good for a 1st album by Masta Killa.
This is definitely one of my favorite albums already...
The production is ill, RZA and Mathmatics turn out banger after banger...
I don't really care for Masta Killa's monotone voice, but its effective...
The guest shots from the Wu fam is dope, and helps the album...
Definite must...!

other than masta's verse, this song was mediocre, the beat didn't fit masta, and streetlife sounded too commercial, the chorus was pure shit, streetlife always contributes to the downside of wu songs, prodigal sun was pretty good, they should have used masta's verse just on another beatOriginally Posted by Karma `Shootya
it was an aight album.... tight for those Wu d/r's..
but that last cut 'masta killa' has a FIRE FIRE FIRE beat...
