    Saving Music Files

whats a good Kbps and Hz to save a music file as to get the lowest KB/MB and best quality sounding track?

Btw, I use the cool edit pro. Been using it since I started making music.

44.1 and 24bit... don't think CEP has 24 as an option, so if it has 32bit-float then use that, if not then 16bit will have to do... as far as mbps you should use 320, though most services online will convert it down to 128 anyway...
