Jack3d is probably some of the best stuff besides steroids for some quick energy boosts and gains in the gym. I'm still healing up from surgery (Broke my arm snowboarding) and I have 2 plates in my good arm now. Few more months n I'll be back on the Jack3d heavy!

If you are trying to get bigger, then you better make sure your calories are high if you are working out twice a day. And you should only work out 1 body part per session imo. If you work out 2, then 1 of those or in many cases even both will come up short as far as how hard you can hit that muscle. In my experience, focusing on just one muscle per workout gave me the best & quickest results than when I was combining the typical back/bi chest/tri routines.
oh and never workout the same body part twice in one day lol

I work full time so I never have a chance to go to the gym. Whenever I used to get locked up i'd do 500-1000 pushups a night. Now I just try to do 75 when I wake up and at least 100 before I go to sleep.
I can do about 55 pushups in a set and I could do them all night. Im small as shit I only weigh 140.. I can do more pushups then alot of people I know.. everyone says its cause im so small, is that true? whats average for pushups?
I fucking hate these weight changes i am going thru lately due to stress, i went from 94kilo's to 79 in a few weeks.. caused by stress here and there, work etc. you name it.. but now i am back at @ 86 and it does look better ''dry'' with less body fat. So maybe its good i had a period of stress.. lol.
I love to train my legs though, but i have the luck of them being formed in my early years cause i played soccer since i was 7 till i was 18 or smt and kickboxing.. i dont understand how some people forget or overlook legs in their program..
