In food then you have to be super ignorant just to eat it. I mean - Everyone knows what meat is, and where dairy comes from; we all just choose to still eat and drink it because we are told to trust it, so ignorance is bliss in this form because we all still get something out of it and are therefore trusting.
If you choose to be ignorant to your spouse cheating on you then that's a whole different form of ignorance. Of course, what you don't know can't hurt you, but you're not actually gaining any benefit from it in my opinion.
Ignorant people are the worst, though. People who just ignore you for no reason, you gain bliss from smacking them lol
