depends on the airline. i've flown continental, delta, united, and american recently and all of them have charged for the first bag. $15.

and im leaving new york right now. but dont be jealous... i've been stuck in the newark airport since noon and my flight has been delayed... again... to 430. imma miss my flight in atlanta and probably get stuck there too. =/

damn that sucks, but i think i can absorb that cost, i just hope nothing like you just described happens to me tho, i'll be flying for the first time on the 21 of march. going back down, i'll be taking a bus coming tho most likely and that sucks major ass, if i wasn't so cheap i'd just get a round way plane ticket.

have you even looked at airline tickets? they are really cheap right now. my flight from texas, plus 3 nights hotel in times square was less than $600. in december i paid more just for a flight to los angeles. in august for literally the same trip to NY... but only 2 nights instead of 3... i paid almost twice that.

delays suck.... but they are worse when you have connecting flights. i've been delayed so many times. once i got stuck in utah for a day and a half.

i want a private jet. =/
