A real estate salesman gimmick, all rules applied are only contingent.
And now she’s in it… market’s not the best, lost it all so she has little to invest.
Undress, multiple leasees, finding the quickest way to their hearts’ through their chests’.
Regrets. Every night she comes, happy, but come morning leaves upset.
You can’t dwell in her heart, but for a night, she’ll lease it to you to rest.
It’s been forever since he left, but she still battles to get him out her system.

AVAILABLE: Spacious room in the "heart" of Jane (just inside the chest cavity, other surrounding organs within minutes), connected to high speed blood-stream and close to good schools . Vacant, last occupant took everything, including memories & fixtures, but left old plumbing which works just fine pumping blood throughout complex. Leaky windows (getting it fixed by optometrist), bore a hole in the frontal cortex where happiness use to be, fragile feelings due to broken foundation, and fucker shit on the rug... Beautiful fixer-uper!! Hurry, before this puppy goes!
