I think it ain't bad... I wouldn't mind havin' a cool lookin' sig, but I don't know shit about graphics...

this is... well... wack haha but it's one of your first trys so you have lots to learn, first off your lighting is wrong you got a lens flare behind him when the light source is coming from the left onto his face, on top of that lens flares are wack unless you know how to use them. the bg is boring just looks like you got an images and blured/smudged it, match the render to the bg, this way you can make things blend together better giving the piece a sense of direction, also you could try puting a border on it to tie it in.
