just wanna ask which one of this programs is better for recording... adobe audition 2.0 or cool edit pro 2.1. i got a 50$ mic so i really want to get the best quality possible out of it.

I've used both... well because they are the exact same program... very little changes... not like... protools is like nuendo is like sonar is like cubase... those are literally... the same program... so have fun.

since i heard that adobe audition is renamed version of cool edit, i think that audition shud be only an upgraded version of cool edit so theres nuthin better in cool edit than audition.. am i right?

word...you import your beats that you make on other programs to it...and it comes up as a waveform...so do the vocals...
AA and CEP are multitrack recorders...so you use em to record..but that was probably already pointed out...

yeah, tho im not using CEP or AA for a long time, i know its ment to record, but when i saw those drums n that i thought maybe u cud do some beats with them, now i know thats not true
