My Progress Updated

ok, some of you probably remember my pics from last year, the first picture was me in august 2010, then i went on a diet before my holiday, didnt work out just lost weight. The second picture was like 3 weeks into the diet, once i came back from my holiday i didnt work out or diet anymore so pretty much stayed the same all winter. I started in the gym January 25th and the 3rd picture is me around February the 20th, so a month of working out in the gym, ill get some recent pictures up within a few weeks aswel.

How much weight you lost?

I been on a similar plan. Ive dropped about 25 pounds in the past 6 months. Not really trying but I can def. tell a change. Trying to get rid of the gut. Not tone enough for my liking yet but I been trying to drop the fat before I start to work on the definition. keep it up.

I was 13 stone 13 to start, im around 12,11 now.

Well to be honest i just go with my mates who have been going for like 9 months, so i just do alsorts with them, we just do a workout on each muscle every night and do like 20-30 mins of abs each day or go on the running machine for half hour.

Had a nightmare though, broke my ankle on thursday and im in a cast and on crutches now, so thats killed my workout for a month or so.

Usually every weekday, sometimes a saturday if i dont go out on a friday
